MD Raheem Residency – Banjara Hills (Road No. 10)
A full-scope residential construction project undertaken by FNJ Construction. This G+4 structure includes complete civil work from foundation to finishing. Currently progressing as per schedule with quality workmanship and on-site supervision.
Structural Subcontract – Lakdikapul (G+4 Mixed-Use Building)
Undertaken in collaboration with Alankaar Studio for structural construction. This G+4 building includes two commercial floors and two residential floors. Work covered foundation, RCC framework, staircases, and structural design execution. Currently under construction.
Structural Subcontract – Jubilee Hills (Road No. 36)
Structural construction subcontract executed for a premium residential property. Our scope involved RCC structure, columns, beams, slabs, and staircase work. Completed as per design requirements provided by Alankaar Studio.
